About
When taking pictures of my products, I'll usually build up a box that has no textures, and set to full bright. This allows the product to be displayed on its own without any sceenery in the background. I also play with the sun a bit under the Force Sun option on the World menu. Having a solid background helps with photo editors as well. I tend to select by color, and everything is selected except my product. A quick inverting of the selection and I can copy my product out of the image and paste it as a new layer on another image. Just remember - make a box, set to full bright, remove texture.
